WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We do our absolute best to turn around orders immediately. However, sometimes, we're on tour or overrun with events, so we can promise that we'll ship orders within 7 to 10 days of your order!
MY TICKETS NEVER CAME IN THE MAIL! WHY?
These are will-call tickets. They are to be claimed at the door on the night of the show with a state-issued photo ID or a receipt.
WHY DOES IT SAY COMING SOON?
The show is either not on-sale yet, or on the day of the show, we'll turn off the online ticketing, and then you can buy them at the door. If it says "coming soon", that does not mean that the show is sold out. It will say "sold out" if it is sold out.
ARE REFUNDS AVAILABLE?
Sorry, tickets are non-refundable. They may, however, be transferred to friends. If you decide you can't go, and you want to transfer your tickets to someone else's name, contact us, and we'll be happy to do that for you. You MUST contact us from the email address that you ordered the tickets through. Merchandise is 100% non-refundable.
WHERE ARE THE SERVICE CHARGES?
We're not Ticketmaster! We don't believe in charging you extra for securing a spot at one of our shows in advance! We appreciate you committing to our event early, and as such, you should pay less, so we pay any PayPal fees incurred.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
This store accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), along with payments via PayPal.
